Pair a language year with your diploma

If your Chinese is not yet at HSK 4, you can start with a language year instead. Shenzhen Polytechnic University offers a long-term Chinese language program from ¥7,000 per year (1 semester to 2 years) — and the Dyun Foundation scholarship there can cover up to ¥28,000 per year, effectively making study free for strong applicants. University language programs across Guangdong (for example at Jinan University, ¥8,850/yr, or Guangzhou Huashang College, ¥8,000/yr) run from April 1 with an August 15 deadline.
